this lady messed up my perfect eyebrows, i have never in my life have gotten my eyebrows this butchered. the lady knew she messed up and let me go without paying but honey i wasn’t paying anyways. be real aware cause this is CRAZY. and this is not gonna be the last time they hear from me

I was in Astoria shopping for a birthday outfit and needed a quick eyebrow cleanup. I came across this salon and decided to give it a try since I didn’t have much time to be picky. While waiting, I checked their Google reviews and noticed several low ratings mentioning that they tend to make eyebrows very thin. I was already a bit nervous because I’m Asian and naturally have thin brows, but I still decided to give them a chance. When it was my turn, I specifically asked the technician to “just clean my eyebrows,” expecting a minimal touch-up. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got. After she finished, I was disappointed to see that one of my eyebrows—my left—was noticeably thinner than the other, making them look uneven. When I pointed it out and said she made that brow too thin, she responded that I naturally have thin eyebrows. That felt dismissive and didn’t really address the concern I was bringing up. I also found the threading to be quite rough and rushed, which matched what some other reviewers had mentioned. Looking back, I wish I had trusted those reviews more. I’m sharing this so others can be aware—while not every review tells the full story, in this case, many of the concerns I read beforehand turned out to be accurate.
Came here for the first time ever and was so nervous that I would walk out with skinny eyebrows. I explained exactly what I wanted and I got lucky - the owner herself Amna took care of me. Very happy with the services. Eyebrows look bomb and it’s great to find a trustworthy place.
The best eyebrow place! I absolutely love getting my eyebrows done here. Shazee always does mine—she really knows exactly what I need every time. Highly recommend her. They also offer a great body massage. Always a wonderful experience!
